THE FILM HOUSE

The Mighty Niagara Film Fest (MNFF) is produced and organized by the Niagara Artists Centre and is committed to nurturing the film culture of Niagara. The festival presents films made about or in Niagara, by filmmakers with connections to the region, as well as films that are considered of interest to Niagara audiences.

Titles for this year's MNFF include Fire of Love, Meet Chloe, Field Trip, Wayfinder, Descendants and more. Schedule and ticket information will be announced on Tue 2 August 2022. 
 
THE MIGHTY NIAGARA FILM FEST IS COMMITTED TO:

  • supporting the filmmaking community of Niagara
  • showcasing contemporary film and media works including feature and short length, live action, documentary, animation, and experiments in moving image media
  • programming films that reflect Niagara’s diverse and changing community
  • providing a safe, accessible way to see intriguing films connected to Niagara 
  • growing community partnerships and engaging local businesses
  • maintaining artist fees above industry standards

Audiences are treated to a spectrum of local and international films and events carefully selected and curated by NAC’s programming committee.
 
The Mighty Niagara Film Fest is supported by many community partners including founding partners Stratus Vineyards; venue partners RiverBrink Art Museum and The Film House (FirstOntario PAC); and funding partners Canada Council for the Arts, Telefilm Canada, Ontario Arts Council, Ontario Trillium Foundation, and the City of St. Catharines’ Cultural Investment Program.
