Finance Manager

Reporting to the Director of Resources and Strategic Initiatives, the Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing all day-to-day finance and accounting functions of the Performing Arts Centre (PAC) including multi-year budgeting, producing and maintaining financial records, preparing financial reports and statements, performing financial analysis and reconciliations and managing financial processes and controls.
 

Events & Hospitality Coordinator

Reporting to the Client and Events Manager, the Events and Hospitality Coordinator works collaboratively with internal teams, clients, artists, tour managers, rental clients, and partners to deliver exceptional event experiences. Acting as the primary contact on event days, this role ensures that all hospitality elements are carefully coordinated, prepared, and executed to meet client expectations, while upholding the PAC’s health and safety standards and commitment to exceptional customer service.


Special Operator (lighting)

Reporting to the Production Supervisors, the Special Operator - Lighting will work with Venue Technicians to take care of all the technological needs for live performances by setting up, working with, and taking care of the necessary lighting, sound, video, staging, equipment and tools. They will work with users of the venue in the set-up, running, and take down of shows; ensure that all health and safety regulations are maintained.
