Venue Technician

Reporting to the Production Supervisors, the Venue Technician takes care of all the technological needs for live performances by setting up, working with, and taking care of the necessary lighting, sound, video, staging, equipment and tools. They will work with users of the venue in the set-up, running, and take down of shows; ensure that all health and safety regulations are maintained.

Special Operator — Lighting

Reporting to the Production Supervisors, the Special Operator takes care of all the technological needs for live performances by setting up, working with, and taking care of the necessary lighting, equipment, and tools. They will work closely with the Production Supervisor and Venue Technicians in the set-up, running, and take down of shows; ensure that all health and safety regulations are maintained.

Special Operator — Sound

Reporting to the Production Supervisors, the Special Operator works with the Venue technicians to take care of all the technological needs for live performances by setting up, working with, and taking care of the necessary audio requirements for the performance in set-up, running, and take down of shows; ensure that all health and safety regulations are maintained.

Ticketing Services Agent

Reporting to the Ticketing Services Manager, Ticketing Services Agents are responsible for performing all day-to-day work activities and functions related to the effective and efficient operation of the Performing Arts Centre (PAC)’s Box Office.

Film House Snack Master

As a self-motivated and independent worker, the Film House Snack Master is responsible for preparing and serving snacks and beverages in the Film House Concession located in the Cogeco Lobby.
