Access Programs

The FirstOntario Performing Arts Centre aims to provide access to the arts for all.

CANOO

Proud partner of the CANOO Access Pass
Connecting Niagara’s Newcomer Community with Access to FREE Performing Arts and Film experiences through the PAC’s 24/25 Season.

How it works?

The CANOO program is accessed through an app that connects Newcomers (permanent residents & new citizens) with more than1400 partner destinations across the country. The CANOO program is funded in part by immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada, and CANOO aims to improve the experience of newcomers by connecting them to Canada’s best experiences and destinations, barrier-free.

“Canada’s prosperity depends on newcomers and not only arriving but staying and thriving, so they decide to become proud citizens. FirstOntario Performing Arts Centre and Niagara’s arts community partners are providing this vital service for immigrants and for Canada over the long term.” – Robert Alvarez, Director of Partnerships of CANOO
