Film Series

A curated film series presented in partnership with Brock University Centre for Women’s and Gender Studies / Department of Sociology.

During the Winter 2025 term, Assistant Professor Lyn Trudeau (Sagamok Anishinawbek First Nation, Eagle Clan) is teaching a new course at Brock University - Indigenous Film. She has also curated a selection of titles covered in the course into a screening series for our community to experience on the big screen. 
 
Dr. Trudeau will offer context and insights into each of her film choices as they relate to the goals of the course, and we invite you to watch and learn more about Indigenous identity as told through the medium of film.
