Donation Requests
The FirstOntario Performing Arts Centre (PAC) is pleased to consider donation requests from the community for fundraising initiatives. We value meaningful opportunities to bring our community together through the arts, and will respectfully consider all requests.
Before submitting a formal request, we ask that you ensure your organization understands our donation guidelines as outlined below; we receive many requests throughout the year, and are unfortunately unable to support every worthy cause. The guidelines help assist us in the decision making process.

DONATION GUIDELINES
1) All requests must be made by letter or email and received a minimum of one month prior to the date required. Please include the following information
• The name of charity/organization and charitable registration number (if applicable)
• The date of the event
• Name and brief description of the event
• A contact name, address, email and telephone number
• Donations are limited to one donation per organization per year. Donations may include PAC promotional material, PAC memberships, and/or tickets for a PAC performance or film of our choosing.
2) Ticket vouchers will be issued and must be redeemed via the Box Office in exchange for confirmed tickets 48 hours prior to showtime.
3) FirstOntario PAC supplied promotional material (such as a small flyer or poster) must accompany the donation voucher at your event. If virtual, web and social links will be provided. Please include details regarding any additional recognition, onsite presence and/or promotional opportunities.
4) Requests from Niagara based arts/cultural organizations, local organizations and PAC partners are given preference.
5) Requests from businesses and organizations fundraising on behalf of other charities require a covering letter from the designated charity is included in support of their event.
6) Requests for personal fundraising events such as, but not limited to, stag and does and baby showers are not granted.
7) Requests from religious or political causes are not granted.
8) A limited number of tickets are available for donations per show and per year. Requests are on a first come, first served basis.
