STRATEGIC RECOVERY PLAN

Our Purpose: Making each day come alive through inspiring and engaging artistic experiences, for and with our community. 
 
The FirstOntario Performing Arts Centre is pleased to share with you our inaugural Strategic Recovery Plan (SRP). Shaped by events of the last 19 months in a time of great uncertainty, this plan creates a clear yet flexible path for the PAC to pursue a purpose-driven approach to our work with artists, partners, and patrons.

I feel the pride that many have in what the PAC means to St. Catharines and the Niagara region, and our SRP recognizes our responsibilities to those local artists, arts organizations, neighbours, partners and supporters. This plan serves to strengthen our operations so that we are able to create a future that more purposefully embraces diversity and accessibility. Rooted in the themes of recovery, discovery and sustainability , this plan acknowledges those behind the first five years of the PAC, and the visionaries behind the building and the possibilities.
